Columbus Day

Hello, readers! This is Hobo Bob, dropping in to say sorry for the lack of posts. I was working on a lot of things, and I will try to post in regular time intervals again after this.
Okay. So, as some, if not most, of you know, I have a website at http://hobobobspancakeshack.com. What you might not have known is that I have drastically improved it over the last week or so. (I haven't got around to making that Reviews page; but don't worry, I'll get time.) You can check out the site to see how I have improved it.
Another thing that you might not have known is that the T-Shirt shop I promised I would make is finally here! It's linked from the site, and you don't have to buy anything, but extra points from me if you do.
For those of you who are a little tight on money, I have also made a mug design. Perfect for a gift for a hobo relative so you can tell him he's special to you. More designs will be coming soon, so I strongly suggest you bookmark it.
There IS a new forum on the site; if any of you are tech-savvy enough for it.

In non-advertising news, I would like to give a shoutout to a few people:
The 1000th visitor to this site (the counter's at the bottom of the page.) Whoever you are, I thank you for coming. Now, let's see if we can get to 10,000...
Joe (not the hobo who's in charge of the Lincoln Hobo Democracy, this Joe lives in Hobo Town and is not a hobo), an avid reader of the blog, for honoring Hobo Appreciation Month and giving me a bag of chips.

Today is also Columbus Day! Hooray! This is a day that hobos celebrate by gathering together in an alleyway (or in one hobo's box, if it's big enough) and talking about life. We save up our food today and have a big potluck.
This year it's in my box, and I think I have everything prepared. My box is nice and neat, and decorated to an extent, and for the potluck I'm sharing some of my delicious homemade toast. Some say it's the best in town, and I don't think they're lying. I think Ritchie of Ritchie and the Overnight Park Stayers is going to come, too. I wouldn't be surprised, as Ritchie and I are good friends.

So, by all means, don't take life too seriously! You only have so much of it to spend, so why not live every day to its fullest?
Wishing you a happy Columbus Day!

I hope that I have time to come! If I do, I'll bring some corn chips and salsa.

Happy (late) Columbus Day. Everyone, go to hobobobspancakeshack.com and create an account on the forums, or buy a t-shirt.

(And thank you for coming to the Potluck, those of you who did and those of you who tried to.)
